Disgusting! Please do a favor for yourself, book another hotel. Even one star is too much for this place. I have booked it only for one night in order to get my flight on time the next day, but even staying one hour would be too much here in such a bad condition: they gave you used pillowcases, blankets and towels which are not only dirty but even have traces of blood (!) on them. The walls are moldy and the WC is unusable since it is hidden behind the door and wasn't cleaned before I arrived. Shower doesn't work. After my complaining at the reception desk (who only speaks English with you, even if you are a Turk), I got another room. But what a surprise, it was quite the same with one distinction: the walls are wallpapered. In total, this hotel offers you nothing what you have seen in the pictures or texts on the booking sites. They are just cheating all people!

Disgusting. I booked a room and got confirmation. When I went for check in, the hotel was closed and construction work was going on. They put a poster to refer to another hotel Turvan. When I reached there the staff at Turvan hotel told me they have an agreement with Samil Hotel to give stay their guests but their rates are higher and I have to pay extra for my stay. I said I will not pay more than what I already paid. Its very inconvenient and disbursing for someone on holiday in a foreign country.

Omg 😱 where do I start with how awful this place was in every possible way, I have never stayed somewhere so disgusting, dirty, smelly, dangerous electrical sockets, my feet so dirty just walking in the room. I’m google maps the price 671 lira per night , we get to hotel, tired 😴 exhausted after two days of no sleep and the horrid man on reception said no no it is 1593.51 lira , was angry with my partner, rude, disrespectful and said we needed to pay all the money for four nights upfront, we only had 4000 lira due to my purse debit card and a previous hotel taking money for 6 nights up front then not allowing us to stay and aggressive to us. This receptionist had no sympathy, no empathy although claiming to be Muslim. He wanted to take our passports because we could not pay the money up front for four nights. I was so frightened so we paid what we had. The room was disgusting, I have taken photos. No water, no fridge, two towels, No breakfast, no coffee absolutely nothing. We left after two nights and we’re not refunded the additional money we had paid so the end result was we paid 2000 lira per night. The photos of the hotel on Google maps are fake and not a true picture of the hotel so do not be deceived into going into this hotel. The TV did not work. No kettle.
