Very good hotel for sure i will visit them again for short trips and i want to thank all the staff was very helpful and friendly and special and big thanks for SAFA the negative point in the hotel was covered by SAFAs good attitude and kindness
The location is good, beside Trabzon airport. Even though we picked a suite but the rooms were not good. The building is too old, the smell was bad. But the service was good, all the receptionists were very helpful and nice
I just want to clarify the following: I did not stay in the hotel. Maybe it is excellent, maybe the service is special. I just want to clarify: If you booked through Booking, check the free cancellation system. My son was involved in an accident in Istanbul, he fractured his skull, and I have the reports to prove it. I asked the hotel for a free or even partial cancellation due to my emergency situation, but they refused. So be assured of free cancellation reservations. Because hospitwl emergencies don't constitute an emergency for the hotel.
