We stayed at The Eliot World Van Hotel and overall had a good experience. The hotel is clean and modern, with friendly and professional staff. We had the connected room, which was spacious and very comfortable. The facilities are also great. However, the room service was disappointing. Our room was not cleaned properly during our stay. The tea station was not refreshed, mugs were not replaced, and glasses were not changed from day one. The breakfast was just okay. We didn’t upgrade to breakfast every day because the menu stayed the same and didn’t feel special. For the same price, it’s worth trying different Turkish restaurants nearby and enjoying new dishes. Overall, the hotel is nice and we enjoyed our stay, but there’s room to improve the housekeeping and room service.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Rooms were big and clean. Great view if Van lake and castle from 9th floor. Swimming pool, sauna, and Turkish bath was nice. Breakfast was good for Turkiye. What I didn't like was that the reception kept pur passports! And unfortunately the restaurant was closed on Sunday.
