⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Simon, the duty manager, made our stay at the Leonardo Hotel feel genuinely welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble, and his calm, professional manner really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who cares that much about guests having a great experience. Would warmly recommend staying here – you’re in good hands.
First time staying in a Leonardo in Sheff but wow it exceeded all expectation, the receptionist whom I wish I’d of gotten the name of was A1, super friendly, super helpful and really helped make our stay more enjoyable, to the point we booked an extra night! The hotel as a whole was absolutely SPOTLESS and the rooms so spacious! I cannot big this place up anymore than I have and it’s all true. We look forward to coming back again in the near future and we will 100% be staying here!!! Thank you so much Leonardo for a fantastic stay!! (12/07/2025-14/07/2025)
Horrible. Embarrassing as I booked for my entire family including small children. Never again! Under staffed. Same bedding for a week. Unhelpful staff. One plus, location was good. Not particularly clean. If I hadn’t paid in advance I’d have booked another hotel. Room service non existent due to staff shortages. Don’t recommend at all
