I'm giving this place five stars because we went there for the pool and the cabana. Our server Dante was amazing. The only thing that we didn't like was the fact that we got drinks with our Cabana and they did not have any of the available cocktails that they have advertised. But they made up for it by offering us other things. The food restaurant in the portions were a generous size. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a place in Anaheim near Disneyland

Our stay was phenomenal! The staff was great. The room was lovely with a beautiful view. The adult only roof top pool was peaceful and beautiful. We could see the Disneyland fireworks from our room and the roof. The hotel restaurant had good food and friendly service. The hotel was located relatively close to all of our desired vacation locations. Jazz and the rest of the valet staff were amazing. They were kind and helpful. They even ran out to our car just to get our charging cord. We would definitely recommend this hotel experience if you are staying in the area.

The hotel room was great with two queens and a bunk bed for our kids. 1st time staying and the hotel was well created and rooms were awesome. The hotel was nice and the pool was well used. It was a great stay but the hotel staff at the front desk were very rude and seemed extremely unhappy. When we checked in, they had just been yelled at by a hotel guest for their cards not working and I do get that can be frustrating but losing your cool for that at the front is strange. The front desk then started with us super aggressive and recognized they were not in a good place and asked to take a break. The person who stepped in started getting aggressive with us until the person came back told them it was not us who had upset her. It was super awkward and unprofessional. It also can be understandable for a normal person to act. The couple who was yelling at them seemed like an entitled couple. Its small stuff that really lowered our rating. The pool girl who we ordered some soda's commented how she hates it at the hotel and management is not about the staff. When they were out of towels we went to the front and the guy seemed upset that we let them know the towels were out instead of got it. Also nice people followed us and said the same thing the front said "We got it you can go" to them. Just stupid stuff like that is sad to see in staff morale. The hotel was nice and just the people part that was disappointing.
