Absolutely love the staff at this hotel. Ended up staying here for a little over a week due to some work being done at my house. All of the staff were very welcoming, especially Jennifer. They were ok accommodating and always said hello as you passed by the desk. Love the layout of the hotel room. We booked a one bedroom with 2 queens. Loved that it made it feel separated. Also had a ton of space and storage which made it feel more put together than living out of a suitcase for a week. I would stay here again if I ever needed a long stay hotel. The area was also great with the water front area.

Traveling for work and booked into this location. The Hotel is situated off the main road next to a water retention “lake”. Hotel is very welcoming and staff very friendly. Room was so-so cleanliness could be much better, view was bad and sounds from the other room were quite noticeable(thin walls). Bed and pillows were comfortable the kitchen was stocked with utensils (but not clean) definitely need washed before use. Glasses in cabinet had finger prints. Otherwise it’s an Ok hotel.

We really wanted to love this hotel. It was in a good location, and the lake and outdoor areas were lovely. The heated pool was nice. Front desk staff and breakfast area staff were very kind. Food at breakfast was pretty good. The room we reserved wasn't available, so they gave us two rooms instead. We didn't really need two rooms, but they did try to make it right. The biggest issue we had was with the rooms themselves and with housekeeping. We were told housekeeping was every other day. However, on the second day of our stay, housekeeping didn't come. We asked for more towels that evening and mentioned that housekeeping hadn't come by, and the front desk said they made a note and someone would be by the next morning. On day 3, housekeeping didn't come. On day 4, housekeeping did come to one of the rooms we were staying in, but not the other. They did not actually clean anything (shower and sink were clearly not cleaned), just provided new towels and made the bed. On day 5, housekeeping came to the other room. We certainly don't need daily housekeeping, but we couldn't figure out when to expect it, and we kept running out of toilet paper and clean towels. One room also had no shampoo. In general, the rooms were okay, but didn't seem very clean. There was a lot of mold and rust in the shower, some mildew on the ceiling, and the floor of the shower looked incredibly dirty. Overall, an okay stay, but for the price, I think I'd choose somewhere else next time.
