⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredible Service & Dining Experience! From the moment we arrived, the experience was outstanding—thanks in large part to the amazing front desk manager, Natasha. She greeted us with a warm smile, handled our check-in flawlessly, and went out of her way to make sure we felt welcome. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly set the tone for our entire stay. The restaurant on-site is another highlight. Every meal we had was delicious—the presentation top-notch. The staff were just as impressive: friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Between Natasha’s incredible hospitality and the unforgettable dining experience, this hotel exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend!
Very very nice place. Valet was on point. The rooms are modern industrial with a French style twist. We were there 3wks after they opened the doors. Beds are nice and comfy, room was very clean. The pool area on the roof top was a bonus and the cabana by the pool was perfect. I will say be very careful around the pool the tile is very slippery and the pool isn’t heated water temp was probably mid 70’s didn’t bother me but most people just dipped their legs and sat around the edge. The customer service was nice pool side bar and they walked around took your drink and food orders. Food up by pool was delicious. We ate breakfast in the steakhouse off the lobby it was delicious and definitely worth the money. We will definitely be staying here on Our return to the city.
Top-tier hotel on every level! It's so beautiful. There really is nothing like it in Louisville. I've bee there multiple times for a quick coffee, lunch in the lobby, dinner in the steakhouse, views and drinks on the roof, and it has been fantastic every time. The experience is something special and service has always been great. You can tell the team really cares and is proud of the hotel. I always feel very well-taken care of and am grateful for a spot like this downtown! Highly recommend to anyone visiting or traveling to Louisville!!
