Best Western Plus Miamisburg Dayton Suites Banquets & Hotel

Pulling in to the hotel, weeds have started to overgrow the signage and flower beds have more weeds than flowers. They need a landscaping crew. The check in was fine. Easy enough. The room was very nice and appeared very clean. I was looking forward to going down by the pool and relaxing a bit. How about NO. Pretty sure it wasn't supposed to be the color of a pond. That was disappointing. Also the rooms are definitely not 'sound proof' - could hear conversations and kids/ people running on the floor above me half the night. Sidenote: The bed was very comfortable

Worst hotel I've stayed at in a long time. Came in as a family of 5, pricing was good but from there on out everything was a mess. First they put us in the wrong style room, they did move us to the correct one but then the pull out couch was broken and we had to move rooms again. The bathrooms had no shampo or body wash in the containers which was extremely annoying in the morning. At breakfast we found nothing stocked. The buffet was completely empty except cerea, a few sausages and toast. There were no eggs, hash browns, bacon, juice, syrup, coffee ...and not even enough batter for 3 kids to make waffles. After being completely annoyed we were slapped with a bill for $54 for that? For what? A yogurt and a cup of coffee? Huge disappointment to the start of our trip.

Shabby at best. Photos look good, but everything is very shabby. First of all, booked a king and room had a queen bed with very small, flat pillows. There was a hole in the room darkening curtains, a hole in the fabric headboard and sticker residue on the wooden part of the headboard. The ceiling was starting to peel at the edges. Overall, fairly clean, but the bathroom grout needs a scrubbing. The sofa bed was broken and sagging. The shower was nice and the Crabtree & Evelyn products very nice.
