The Langham New York Fifth Avenue

Stayed here for NYC Pride 2025 — hospitality was top-notch. In-room service was spot on, the rooms were spacious with great bathrooms, and the hotel was easy to navigate. Fast elevators and an attentive, aware staff made the experience seamless. I’d stay here any day of the week.

My second time staying at the Langham was better than the first. The bellmen are attentive and kind. The Club staff are excellent and the food selection is fabulous. The rooms are spacious and clean and I sleep great in the beds. Best hotel in the city!

I spent an entire day searching for a hotel in NYC with 2 queen beds to accommodate 5 people for my mother-in-law’s birthday trip. I finally found this place, booked it, and got a confirmation. Then I get an email saying the room I booked isn’t available. After an hour of back-and-forth emails, they found some other room — but it could only fit 4 guests. We completely changed our plans to bring just 4 guests instead of 5. Then they send me this threatening gem: “Hi Artem, We will make note of this on the reservation and keep it as is. Please note if 5 guests arrive at check in we will not be able to check you in.” This has been a disgusting experience from start to finish. A so-called 5-star hotel treating me like I’m sneaking into a cheap roadside motel. Birthday plans ruined. Zero empathy. Zero professionalism. Pathetic customer service. I want nothing to do with this place and recommend everyone else stay far away.
