Falls Retreat Walk to the Falls the Casino and all Downtown Restaurants Across from the Aquarium

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sheraton Niagara Falls! The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were very nice to use when we needed a break from all the tourist activities. We were pleasantly surprised how big the pool was. It's much bigger than other hotels, and there were two hot tubs. The hotel is also in a great location. Many food choices within walking distance. Maid of the Mist, the trolley, and Niagara Park are just a few minutes walk down the road. We will definitely be staying here when we come back.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean. I especially enjoyed the shampoo and body lotion, they smelled amazing and were a nice little luxury. The only area that could use improvement was the food. Honestly, I found it a bit bland and lacking flavor. With some enhancements, the dining experience could really match the high standard of service throughout the hotel. Overall, I appreciated the warm hospitality and would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Nice hotel with a great location, especially if you're planning on going to the casino which has a convenient below street level pathway leading directly there. Staff were very helpful, especially in the club lounge. It's worth noting that they are renovating and the older rooms are definitely showing their age. Hotel is not the closest to the falls, but it's an easy walk. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, best we found was Savor which is run by the culinary school. Definitely would stay again. 4.2/5
