The Westin Mission Hills Resort Villas Palm Springs

One of the Best Stays We've Ever Had! Our stay at The Westin Mission Hills Resort Villas, Palm Springs was truly exceptional hands down one of the best experiences we've ever had on our yearly vacation to Palm Springs! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was phenomenal. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. A special shoutout to the team who went above and beyond to assist my husband, who had a broken leg they provided transportation to and from the pool, which made a huge difference in our ability to enjoy the resort. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The entire property is well-kept, peaceful, and perfect for a true getaway. We’ve been vacationing in Palm Springs for years, and we’ve never stayed anywhere quite like this. We’re already looking forward to returning next year! If you're planning a trip to Palm Springs, I highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed. One more thing there is no resort fees. Parking fees yes! But it's worth every penny.

We love this property. Although it’s been there forever, the Marriott has done a nice job keeping it nice. The main pool was very clean. (The only criticism is the pool side cabana cushions were torn and looked horrible). Weekend is crazy busy with “tons of kids” so beware. The main walkway (golf cart way) can get busy. And be aware that you CANNOT access the Westin hotel side from the villas (there’s an unsightly fence blocking/separating the properties: but based on our walk to that side, don’t bother). The Villas are so much nicer. The “quiet” pool is inviting. There is a pool slide 🛝 at the main pool; it’s nice but be aware it’s only open for 2 hours (1-3). The luxury cabanas are very nice but you’ll have to pay.

Super disappointed with our stay as the Westin resorts have a high standard. The pool was absolutely disgusting so much so that my children got rashes all over their bodies, trash all over the pool. The blender in our room was cracked, no complete pots and pans sets. Zero body gel even after the maid came, the oven my husband had to hold closed the entire time we wanted to oven cook anything. The manager was very nice and gave us money off our stay but honestly seemed like the bare minimum of what was possible. The upside was the kids employees during our stay were absolutely fabulous, kind, helpful, and fun. Definitely will not be staying here again as there are other resorts with higher standards that fit the price range
