We experienced outstanding service during our stay. When Netflix didn’t work in the first room we were given, the staff quickly found us another room without any hassle. After staying for two nights, we decided to extend our visit and upgraded to a larger room. If you’re traveling with children, I highly recommend booking one of the hotel’s more spacious rooms – it makes a big difference. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the décor was simple yet pleasant. They are also surprisingly quiet considering the hotel’s very central location, which is a huge plus. We will definitely be coming back and will gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This hotel is beautiful, modern, and super comfortable. Everything is so close and convenient to get to. Plus, the male staff was incredibly helpful and attentive! When I called a Grab to the airport, he even helped speak with the driver to make sure I got to the destination exactly as planned. I was really impressed and touched by the service. I’ll definitely come back again!
