Hoi An Babylon We were moved to Hoi An Babylon Luxury Hotel & Spa due to flooding in our room at the hotel we had originally booked. To call it providence doesn't quite capture how lucky we were to befall the misfortune of a flooded room. To start off, the hotel itself was the subject of many of our photos. The room was immaculate, the main pool area was stunning and the views from the rooftop were breathtaking. The proximity to old town is a selling point that cant be stressed enough. The staff were the warmest and most accommodating we've met in a number of years of travelling. When my wife came down with a cold, a keen-eyed staff member noticed and went out of her way to arrange a pot of ginger tea especially for her. They never neglected to check in her time and time again even though the tea worked almost immediately. The ladies at the concierge were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and personable, never failing to welcome us back with a smile after day out. The amenities that stood out were the free bicycles provided, the beach shuttle service and the smorgasbord that greeted us in the dining area every morning. All in all, it was the perfect experience which other hotels will struggle to match. We recommend.

The hotel is perfect!! People are very kind, rooms are very very clean and all the hotel is very nice. We were on honey moon and they gave us a gift. Ms Kylie help us a lot and she was very kind, giving us a lot of information very useful. Thank u for all! It’s a wonderful hotel to relax and enjoy Hoi An.

Outstanding Service! Had an amazing stay at Babylon hotel. The staff Ms Thu were warm, attentive, and went the extra mile to make everything perfect. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Truly fantastic service — highly recommended!
