Grand Hyams Hotel Quy Nhon Beach

New hotel with great beach view. The buffet dinner at night in 41 floor is delicious with live band music. I got free 60 min spa today on 3rd floor, it was pleasant & relax. The staffs were supper nice especially Vy & Trả. They treated guests with exceptionally professional way. I strongly recommended this new hotel in Quy Nhơn

This is a very modern hotel that maintains the standard of a five-star establishment. The service is exceptional, the spa is excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a good breakfast selection and solid dining options. They also assist with motorbike rentals, all conveniently arranged on-site at reasonable prices. The location is excellent, and overall, it offers great value for money. Highly recommended for anyone planning a visit to Quy Nhon.

Polite and helpful staff. Perfect view on the beach. Rooms are good but start to age slightly in some areas of the bathroom. The cleaning is done every second day at best otherwise they just change the towels daily. The biggest problem of the hotel comes from some Vietnamese families who think they are in Disneyland. They scream in the corridors, listen music or FaceTime at 5AM, slam the doors at all hours and land at 5 or even 10 in the pool to scream and jump everywhere. Then they go up in the elevator in swimwear without even drying out by flooding everything. This is not occasional, it happened every day of our stay.
